Joji Unreleased Songs: Pink Guy, Leaks & Every Era

Pink Guy, the Chloe Burbank sessions and a decade of demos — Joji's unreleased vault, era by era, and how to stream it.

Open the Joji tracker

Few artists have a vault that starts where Joji's does: with comedy songs made under another name. From the Pink Guy years through the scrapped first Joji project to the albums, there is a long trail of demos, alternate versions and songs teased and never released. On unreleased.world it runs to 332 unreleased tracks across 22 projects and 22 eras, counted live from the catalogue. This guide takes it era by era; to listen, you can open the Joji tracker on unreleased.world.

Who is Joji?

Joji is George Miller, born in Osaka, Japan, who first became known on YouTube for the comedy personas Filthy Frank and Pink Guy — Pink Guy released PINK GUY (2014) and Pink Season (2017). He left comedy behind to make music as Joji with 88rising: the EP In Tongues (2017), then BALLADS 1 (2018), which topped Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, Nectar (2020) and SMITHEREENS (2022), whose “Glimpse of Us” became his biggest song.

Why Joji's vault runs so deep

The community tracker lists 811 songs and versions across his whole career — the earliest from before Pink Guy. The album eras run far past the albums: the tracker counts 125 entries for Nectar alone, an album of eighteen songs.

The numbers on this page are read from the catalogue and the community tracker every hour, so they will keep changing as songs surface.

Every Joji era, in order

The community Joji tracker files 674 entries — songs and their alternate versions — into 28 eras, oldest first. 19 of them have their own page on unreleased.world, with the full tracklist and every song ready to play; the others are eras the tracker documents that have nothing to stream yet.

The eras worth knowing

The Pink Guy years

PINK GUY (26 tracks) and Pink Season (20 tracks) hold the Pink Guy songs that were never on the records, and the tracker keeps another era after them, PG3 (9 tracks). Before them, it even keeps the songs he posted as MC Rukuss.

Chloe Burbank and the road to In Tongues

The first Joji project was announced and never released in its original form. The tracker files it as JOJI* [V1] (15 tracks) and Chloe Burbank (22 tracks), and the songs from the sessions that turned into In Tongues as Image (45 tracks) — one of the largest eras in the vault.

BALLADS 1 and Nectar

The album years: BALLADS 1 [V1] (11 tracks), BALLADS 1 (38 tracks), the 88rising compilation Head In The Clouds II (22 tracks) and Nectar (70 tracks), the deepest era on the tracker. If you only open one, open Nectar.

SMITHEREENS and Piss In The Wind

SMITHEREENS (20 tracks) carries on from there. Piss In The Wind appears twice: an earlier set of sessions, Piss In The Wind* [V1] (6 tracks), sits before SMITHEREENS, and the tracker's newest large era, Piss In The Wind (5 tracks), is still filling in as songs surface. The newest additions below show what arrived most recently.

The Joji tracker's grails and favourites

Beside the full list, many community trackers keep two short ones: grails — the songs collectors prize most, some of which have never surfaced in full — and a best-of. These are the Joji tracker's own, in its order and synced every hour, with what has surfaced of each and a link wherever unreleased.world can play it.

Are Pink Guy songs part of Joji's unreleased music?

Yes. Pink Guy was George Miller's comedy persona before he made music as Joji, and the tracker files both under one artist: PINK GUY, Pink Season and the eras around them sit in the same timeline as BALLADS 1 and Nectar.
