You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials — including any passkeys or connected sign-in methods — secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the service;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other members;
• scrape, resell, redistribute, or mass-download content or data from the platform;
• upload malware, attempt to breach our security, or disrupt the service; or
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, or premium features.

unreleased.world is a community for discovering and discussing music. We respect the rights of artists and rights holders. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, contact us at 00@unreleased.world with a description of the work and where it appears, and we will review and act on valid requests. You retain ownership of content you post, and grant us a limited license to host and display it so the service can function.

Some features are offered through a paid premium plan. Prices and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms other members or the platform.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, unreleased.world is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
