MAVI planned to release an album titled "Shango", which is his only known unreleased album, before he scrapped it complelely and released "Laughing So Hard It Hurts", an album that he has went on to say he wasn't happy with. MAVI would say that the album was intended to be about black manhood, with the main theme of the album being frustration.
