Due to many things going on around Royce such as the beef with D12/Eminem, getting dropped from labels and being a hated figure in detroit he wasnt capable of making club or up beat songs and could only express his anger through his music. Overall Royce hates this era due to the darkness of it but his album still stands as one of his best due to its emotionally charged nature.
