Eros was the working title for Deftones' most infamous unreleased album. Recording sessions began sometime during 2007 in Los Angeles with Terry Date as a producer. These recording sessions continued until December of 2008. The final masters and arrangements for the songs were exported in January of 2009, and the album was scrapped by the band thereafter.
