The Cape God era
Cape God is the Allie X era Cape God belongs to. It is the only project from this era on unreleased.world so far.
Originally intended as a sister record to Super Sunset, Cape God evolved into a separate, personal album. Inspired by the documentary Heroin: Cape Cod, USA, Allie wrote from the perspective of its characters and created a fictional Cape Cod. Recording took place from late 2017 to early 2019 with producer Oscar Görres.
